Motion by the respondents to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 27, 2016, inter alia, for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 19, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 19, 2018 is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
