Motion by the respondents Cheri Wirth, S.C. Net Wirth, Inc., Steven Wirth, and Digger's Ales N' Eats to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 8, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the movants' time to serve an file a brief is extended until November 30, 2018, and the movants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
