Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 10, 2018, on appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Suffolk County, both rendered July 23, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before November 30, 2018, the appellant shall serve and file the replacement brief authorized by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 10, 2018.
