ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 5, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated January 31, 2018, and August 6, 2018, respectively, is amended by correcting the caption as set forth above and by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "an order of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated January 31, 2018" and substituting therefor the words "two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated January 31, 2018, and August 6, 2018, respectively."
