Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated August 17, 2017, and an amended judgment of the same court dated October 3, 2017, and to consolidate the appeals. Separate motion by Christine Argentina, inter alia, for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant on the appeal from the order dated August 17, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Christine Argentina and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect appeals is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is extended until January 2, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by Christine Argentina is denied as unnecessary.
