DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the children, inter alia, to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 24, 2017, and January 12, 2018, respectively, on the ground that the appeals have been rendered academic. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 15, 2018, the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeals was held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeals is denied as academic, in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 24, 2018.
