DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered January 23, 2018, to compel that court to provide appellant's transcriber with a copy of the audio recording of the proceedings, and, in effect, for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the clerk of the District Court of Suffolk County, Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency is ordered to provide appellant's transcriber with a copy of the audio recording of the proceedings within 15 days after service upon that court of a copy of this decision and order on motion, and appellant shall perfect the appeal within 60 days of the date of this decision and order on motion.
