| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants-respondents on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 1, 2018, to dismiss the cross appeal as untimely taken, and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the cross appeal is granted and the cross appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a], [c]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
