DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by My Sister's Place, Sanctuary for Families, World Without Exploitation, Day One, Her Justice, New York State Coalition Against Domestic Violence, New York State Anti-Trafficking Coalition, Polaris, Coalition Against Trafficking in Women, My Life, My Choice of Justice Resource Institute, ECPAT-USA, GEMS, National Network to End Domestic Violence, LIFT International, Covenant House, and New York Legal Assistance Group for leave to serve and file an amici curiae brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 30, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the amici curiae brief shall be served on the parties, and one original and five duplicate hard copies, and one digital copy, of the amici curiae brief shall be filed in this Court, on or before November 26, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file reply briefs to the amici curiae brief within 10 days after service upon them of the amici curiae brief.
