Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to extend the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 21, 2017. Cross motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal for failure to timely perfect.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 31, 2018.
