Motion by the respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 20, 2018, to modify a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 24, 2018, which stayed the distribution of the net proceeds of any sale of the subject premises, after payment of customary closing costs, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, to direct the appellant to file an undertaking, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
