| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County entered April 30, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 31, 2018, enforcement of the judgment and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises were stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before October 1, 2018. The appeal has not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 31, 2018, is vacated forthwith.
