Renewed motion by Nella Manko, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated April 7, 2017, which determined appeals from three judgments of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 25, 2013, August 23, 2013, and November 15, 2013, respectively, or, in effect, in the alternative, for leave to reargue the prior motion, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 3, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
