| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Brittany DeWire, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 1, 2012, under the name Brittany Bisnott, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law back to Brittany Bisnott.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Brittany DeWire to Brittany Bisnott, effective immediately.
