DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Joseph McLaughlin from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 21, 2016. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 19, 2018, the time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until October 22, 2018. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the prior order of the Court.
