Appeal by Ronald D. Smith from an amended order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 20, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 29, 2018, the time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until October 29, 2018. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the prior order of the Court.
