| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Paula Suarez for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated October 2, 2018, and to stay enforcement of the order and further determination by the Family Court on the issue of custody, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that enforcement of the order dated October 2, 2018, and further determination by the Family Court on the issue of custody are stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order.
