Defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of enforcement of the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 28, 2018, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, By order entered on October 2, 2018, a Justice of this Court granted an interim stay of enforcement of the aforesaid order, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted on condition that, within five days of the date of entry hereof, defendants-appellants post an undertaking in the amount of $384,446.52, and upon further condition the appeal is perfected for the March 2019 Term.
