DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 28, 2017, and a judgment of the same court dated September 12, 2017, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 10, 2018. Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(g)(1) to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before December 17, 2018, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing any trial exhibits which are not contained in the record or a stipulation pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(b)(6); and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until January 16, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
