Motion by the appellants Ajit Sodhi and Anula Sodhi to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 31, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time for the appellants Ajit Sodhi and Anula Sodhi to serve and file a reply brief is extended until December 5, 2018, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
