Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 28, 2016, February 1, 2017, and October 18, 2017, respectively, with an appeal from and order of the same court entered March 13, 2018, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record and brief containing the order entered March 13, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
