Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated June 13, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until December 31, 2018, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
