Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the City Court of New Rochelle, Westchester County, entered March 6, 2018, to modify a provision of a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated August 17, 2018, requiring appellant to pay to respondent any and all arrears in rent and/or use and occupancy from August 1, 2018 at the rate previously payable as rent, to instead allow tenant to deposit that rent and/or use and occupancy with the City Court of New Rochelle.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
