Plaintiff having moved for an extension of time to perfect appeal Nos. 1 - 6 taken herein from orders and judgments of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on January 5, 2011, August 4, 2017, January 9, 2018, February 13, 2018, March 15, 2018, and defendant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the cross appeals in appeal Nos. 1 and 2,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of James P. Renda, Esq., sworn to November 1, 2018, the affidavit of Shari Jo Reich, Esq., sworn to November 2, 2018, and the notices of motion with proof of service thereof,
It is hereby ORDERED that plaintiff's motion is granted, and plaintiff shall perfect the appeals on or before January 31, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that defendant's motion is granted, and defendant shall perfect the cross appeals on or before January 31, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the cross appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
