| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Shaquon Lockwood, in effect, to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 11, 2017, which, pursuant to CPL 460.30 granted an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered November 16, 2016, under Indictment No. 1069N/15, to reflect that an extension of time to take an appeal is also granted with respect to judgments of the same court also rendered November 16, 2016, under Indictment Nos. 1134N/15, 2007N/15, 174N/16, 755N/16, and 1698N/16, and to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 16, 2018, which granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to the appeal from the judgment rendered November 16, 2016, under Indictment No. 1069N/15, to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel also are granted with respect to judgments rendered November 16, 2016, under Indictment Nos. 1134N/15, 2007N/15, 174N/16, 755N/16, and 1698N/16.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 11, 2017, is amended to reflect that an extension of time to take an appeal also is granted with respect to judgments of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered November 16, 2016, under Indictment Nos. 1134N/15, 2007N/15, 174N/16, 755N/16, and 1698N/16, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 16, 2018, is amended to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel also are granted with respect to the appeals from the judgments of the same court rendered November 16, 2016, under Indictment Nos. 1134N/15, 2007N/15, 174N/16, 755N/16, and 1698N/16.
