Petitioner-appellant, pro se, having moved for a stay of the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about March 8, 2017, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the aforesaid appeal, for an enlargement of time within which to perfect the appeal, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied. The interim relief granted by an order of a Justice of this Court, dated September 17, 2018, is vacated.ENTERED: November 20, 2018
