Motion by the appellant Janett Lloyd-Lewis to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated March 9, 2018, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended until January 22, 2019.
