Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, rendered January 3, 2017.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental brief is extended until December 20, 2018, and the supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
