| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to vacate the dismissal of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated January 19, 2017, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal, and to reinstate the stay of trial granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 22, 2017, as amended September 12, 2017, and December 11, 2017, which was vacated by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 1, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to vacate the dismissal of the appeal and to extend the time to perfect the appeal are granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is extended until December 21, 2018, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
