| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the children to direct the respondent to produce the subject children for an interview on appeal from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated August 9, 2017, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before December 12, 2018, the respondent shall produce the children for an interview with the attorney for the children at the office of the attorney for the children; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time for the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief is extended until January 14, 2019, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
