DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect appeals from three judgments of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, all entered January 17, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is extended until January 22, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
