Motion by the respondent Gino Santiago to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 11, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent Gino Santiago's time to serve and file a brief is extended until December 21, 2018, and the respondent Gino Santiago's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
