Appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated December 22, 2016, and a final judgment of that court entered December 28, 2016 (appeal No. 2017-1844 K C). Separate appeal from an order of that court entered March 21, 2017 (appeal No. 2018-877 K C).
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that so much of appeal No. 2017-1844 K C as is from the decision is dismissed, as no appeal lies therefrom (see CCA 1702); and it is further,
ORDERED that appeal No. 2018-877 K C and the remainder of appeal No. 2017-1844 K C are consolidated under appeal No. 2017-1844 K C and are deemed fully perfected.
