Motion by nonparty-appellant, in effect, for leave to reargue its opposition to respondent's prior motion to dismiss the above-captioned appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated January 27, 2016, which motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated June 5, 2018, and for leave to amend the notice of appeal.
