Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John G. Koslosky, Esq., sworn to October 31, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of John A. Cirando, Esq., dated November 7, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the Attorney for the Children submit his briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before December 7, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
