Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeal taken herein from a judgment of Onondaga County Court rendered November 10, 2014, with an appeal from an order of the Onondaga County Court dated February 28, 2018, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of John R. Lewis, Esq., dated October 23, 2018, and exhibits thereto, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the order of this Court entered February 11, 2015 in KA 15-00161 is hereby vacated, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion for poor person relief is denied with leave to renew upon compliance with 22 NYCRR 1250.4 (d)(1) and (4) and 1000.4 (f), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted to the extent that appellant shall perfect the appeals on or before January 18, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
