Motion by the respondent on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 8, 2018, July 27, 2018, and August 1, 2018, respectively, inter alia, to vacate a stay contained in a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 28, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate the stay contained in the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 28, 2018, is granted and the stay is vacated forthwith; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
