Motion by the respondents-appellants to consolidate appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 14, 2017, May 1, 2018, and May 9, 2018, respectively, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for the assignment of counsel is denied, with leave to renew, on or before December 27, 2018, upon proper papers, including the appellants' affidavit setting forth the appellants' full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income and expenses; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]) and by serving and filing the appellants' brief on the appeals is extended until December 27, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
