| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 10, 2018, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered November 2, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before December 27, 2018, assigned counsel shall either (1) advise the Court, in writing, that she is adopting the brief filed by former assigned counsel, (2) advise the Court, in writing, that she is adopting the brief filed by former assigned counsel and serve and file a supplemental brief, or (3) serve and file a replacement brief.
