It is Ordered that the motion of the petitioner-appellant is granted solely to the extent of enlarging the time for petitioner-appellant to perfect its appeal to the May 2019 term the filing deadline for which is March 5, 2019. Respondent's briefs are to be filed March 28, 2019 and reply briefs, if any, are to be filed by April 5, 2019.
It is further Ordered that the motion for a stay of the enforcement of the monetary judgment of the Civil Court is denied, without prejudice to the posting of an undertaking, pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(2).
It is further Ordered that the motion for a stay of the hearing for attorney's fees currently scheduled for March 12, 2019 is denied.
