| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 27, 2018, inter alia, in effect, to deem a legible copy of that order to be substituted in place of an illegible copy of that order which was attached to the notice of appeal dated May 18, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to deem a legible copy of that order to be substituted in place of an illegible copy of that order which was attached to the notice of appeal dated May 18, 2018, is denied as unnecessary; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
