On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 21, 2018, in the above-entitled case, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered June 19, 2017, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto" and substituting therefor the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto."
