Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 11, 2017.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 7, 2018, is extended until December 28, 2018, and on or before that date the appellant shall remove pages A181 and A182 from the copies of the appellant's appendix filed with the Clerk of the Court and serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix containing the respondent's opposition to the appellant's motion to vacate, with annexed exhibits; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until February 1, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
