| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner-respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 27, 2017, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the consent of an appealing party, and to dismiss an appeal from an order of the same court dated August 25, 2017, on the ground that it has been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal from the order dated June 27, 2017, is denied as academic in light of the determination of that appeal (see Matter of Michael L., ___ AD3d ___); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal from the order dated August 25, 2017, is denied.
