disciplinary proceedings in this matter is unsealed and deemed a public record pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90.10 and the sanction hearing is opened to the public pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1240.18(d). Any application for audio-visual coverage of the sanction hearing shall be made before the Referee. No opinion. All concur.
