| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Catherine Leigh Alin for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Alin was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 22, 2002. By decision and order of this Court dated May 11, 2005, Ms. Alin's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and her name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that on or before December 31, 2018, Catherine Leigh Alin file with the Clerk of the Court proof of payment of registration fee arrears incurred prior to her resignation as well as payment for the current registration period; and it is further,
ORDERED that upon filing proof of payment as directed above, the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Catherine Leigh Alin to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, and Catherine Leigh Alin shall be reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law.
