DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Maiysha R. Rashad for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Rashad was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on November 15, 2006. By decision and order of this Court dated November 5, 2015, Ms. Rashad's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and her name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that on or before December 31, 2018, Maiysha R. Rashad file with the Clerk of the Court proof of payment of registration fee arrears incurred prior to her resignation as well as payment for the current registration period; and it is further,

ORDERED that upon filing proof of payment, as directed above, the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Maiysha R. Rashad to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, and Maiysha R. Rashad shall be reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law.
