Application by Nicole R. Aupperlee, as executor of the estate of Patricia Novak, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 28, 2016, in effect, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Patricia Novak, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Nicole R. Aupperlee, as executor of the estate of Patricia Novak, is substituted for the deceased respondent Patricia Novak, and the caption is amended accordingly.
