| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent JP Morgan Chase Bank for leave to serve and file a supplemental record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 2, 2017, which contains certain material and, in effect, to enlarge the record to include an order of the same court dated March 16, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before December 20, 2018, the respondent shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the affidavit of Alfonso Hernandez dated September 29, 2016, and annexed exhibits; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
