Motion by Brett E. Wynkoop and Kathleen Keske, inter alia, to stay the termination of their lease to the subject cooperative apartment, pending hearing and determination of an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 13, 2015, and appeals from six orders of the same court dated November 7, 2014, September 15, 2015, October 16, 2015 (two orders), April 11, 2016, and July 25, 2016, respectively. Separate motion by Brett E. Wynkoop and Kathleen Keske for this Court to take judicial notice of certain documents in connection with the appeals from the orders dated September 15, 2015, October 16, 2015 (two orders), April 11, 2016, and July 25, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
